Can’t sleep tonight. I think I’m nervous about what I’m going to learn in Houston. We’re headed to the blue bird center-which is like the mecca for Rett research-on Wednesday but leave for Houston on Monday. We’ve found it’s best to get her comfortable before meeting new doctors. She’s not that much fun when she’s out of her element.
We’ve got a lot riding on this visit. We’re hoping they’re going to give us answers, direction, even a clearer idea of where we should be living to make sure she gets the best care possible. We’re hoping they are going to answer all of our questions and we won’t forget any.
Most of all we’re hoping they tell us she’s going to be OK.
